There was a repeat of the highly successful seminar that was run by Chambers on 23 October 2007, entitled "The Mental Capacity Act 2005 and the New Court of Protection". The speakers were Penelope Reed, Barbara Rich and David Rees. The repeat of this seminar was on 29 April 2008 at Staple Inn Hall. It was chaired by Sir Launcelot Henderson.
