We are running a series of early evening seminars throughout the Autumn.

On Tuesday 18th October we are running a seminar on Mediation looking at managing multi-party claim mediations, overcoming obstacles to durable compromise and enforcement problems. This will be led by Miranda Allardice who will be joined by other members from 5 Stone Buildings. The seminar will take place at 5 Stone Buildings and all delegates have been notified.

Unfortunately we have had to cancel seminar on Monday 7th November on Illegality following Patel v Mirza. All delegates have been contacted.

On Monday 21st November we are running our regular Court of Protection and Mental Capacity Update, led by David Rees and Barbara Rich.
