Harry Martin will be speak at the Contra Conference in Helsinki on 7th February 2020.

Estate Planning and Succession: Tactical considerations for clams under the 1975 Act

• When to issue proceedings – Pre-action steps and applications to extend time
• Where to issue proceedings – Differences between the Chancery Division and the Family Division, and between the High Court and the County Court
• Roles of the parties – Functions of the personal representatives or trustees
• Advising on remedies – Types of payments, the application of the divorce cross-check and anti-avoidance provisions
