The speakers will be David Rees QC, Barbara Rich, Christopher Tidmarsh QC and Mathew Roper.

The talks will cover recent developments, including welfare/DoLS cases in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, a statutory wills appeal, Court of Protection rules changes and the Law Commission’s proposals for changes to the MCA 2005.

Registration will be from 5.15pm and the talks will start at 6pm, ending at 7.30pm, followed by drinks.
