Mark Blackett Ord and Rose Fetherstonhaugh act for the successful Claimant in case determining issues in the dissolution of a partnership.
Falk J has handed down judgment in Hameed v Packe [2018] EWHC 3061 (Ch), a case which related to a dispute between the Claimant Islam Hameed and the First Defendant Charles Packe in the dissolution of two partnerships, AC Properties and Apsley Road. The Claimant alleged that the First Defendant had engaged in unauthorised dealings with partnership property.
Falk J found that allegation to be made out, and declared that the First Defendant was accountable for those unauthorised dealings. Her Ladyship also found in favour of the Claimant on other important matters including the agreed profit shares of the Apsley Road partnership and the accountability of the partners in relation to various issues.
