New blog post from Barbara Rich on will-making in the context of COVID-19
Barbara Rich has recently commented on the proposed changes to the formalities required for the execution of a will in the context of the coronovirus pandemic.
Her article places the current formality requirements (as set out in the Wills Act 1837) in their historical context and reflects on the proposals by the Law Commission to modernise these requirements in its 2016/17 project on the law of wills.
