Ruth Hughes successful in case of Page v Page

Judgment has been handed down in Page v Page [2020] EWHC 394 (Ch). Ruth Hughes acted for the Claimants in this case to set aside a charge put in place over their home on the basis of mistake. The Claimants had been given negligent tax advice by Universal Wealth Preservation, the company of Steven Long, a professional who has previously been imprisoned for contempt of court and expelled by STEP.
