Toby Bishop joins chambers

5 Stone Buildings is delighted to announce the recruitment of Toby Bishop to Chambers.  Toby previously practised from Field Court Chambers and has a well-established practice covering all aspects of trusts and estates work.  Toby recently acted in the recent Bhusate litigation in which Eliza Eagling also appeared, and in the case of Ninian v Findlay [2019] EWHC 297 (Ch) concerning the application of the forfeiture rule and relief from forfeiture in the case of assisted suicide.
